1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship products across India. For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat fee of ₹50 may be charged.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days depending on your location. Some remote areas may require additional time.
5. Courier Partners
We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. In case of a delay beyond 10 days, please contact us with your order ID.
8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or items are missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
